I'm a 23-year-old athlete who specializes in the 400-meter hurdles. I've been training for this sport since my teenage years and have competed in several regional tournaments. Currently, I'm part of a group of eight athletes preparing for an upcoming national competition.
My training sessions usually involve sprinting through a series of hurdles set up on a track. We also focus on strength exercises like squats and deadlifts to improve our speed and agility.
