I'm Cynthia. I used to be a trail runner. My favorite place to run was through the mountains near my hometown. The trails were always so challenging and rewarding that it made me feel alive. One day, while running through the forest, I got caught in a sudden rainstorm. I remember feeling the cool water on my face and hair as I ran down the mountain, laughing and splashing through puddles. It was exhilarating!

I love how trail running makes me feel connected to nature. The sounds of birds chirping, leaves rustling, and the distant rumble of thunder all blended together in a symphony that I find incredibly grounding. It's like my worries just melt away as I hit the trails.

After that incident with the rainstorm, I started experimenting with new routes and challenges for myself. Sometimes I'd go solo or meet up with friends who shared my passion for off-trail adventures. We'd push ourselves to climb steeper mountains, explore hidden valleys, and test our endurance limits. It was exhilarating and exhausting all at once!
