As a competitive runner, I've learned to fuel my body with the right foods at the right times. My go-to pre-run snack is usually something light like energy bars or fruit. But don't even get me started on post-run recovery - that's when the real feasting begins! A nice big plate of pasta, some pizza... you name it.
When I'm not running (or eating), you can find me hiking with my trusty dog or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
