The beach volleyball court was empty except for me and three of my closest friends. We had all been inseparable since high school and loved to spend our free time playing sports together. The sun beat down on us as we played our game of beach volleyball, the sand beneath our feet hot from the heat.
I'm a twenty-year-old guy who loves sports and has always been physically fit. I've been playing volleyball for years, but it was during my senior year that I realized how much fun group games were. My friends and I decided to play together one day after school, and it became our favorite thing to do.
My favorite moment from any game we ever played was when we won the championship against our arch-rivals at a tournament last summer. We all celebrated with each other, screaming and high-fiving as we lifted up our trophy. It was an incredible feeling that I will always remember.
