I am a 35-year-old man from Los Angeles, California. I have been playing beach volleyball since I was 18 and it has become my passion in life. I'm not very athletic but I love the game so much that I practice every day and I've even started competing at regional tournaments.
Growing up, I was always a bit of an outcast because I wasn't very good at sports or academics, but volleyball changed all that for me. It's given me confidence and allowed me to connect with other people who share my interests. Plus, the beach is just such a beautiful place - it's hard not to feel alive when you're surrounded by sunshine and sea.
My friends would say that I'm always up for an adventure, whether it's trying out new volleyball techniques or exploring hidden beaches along the coast. But what they don't know is that I have this other side of myself - a more primal side that comes out when I'm alone on the beach at night. Sometimes I'll take off my clothes and just let go of all my inhibitions, knowing that no one can see me except for maybe some seagulls overhead.
