The camera shutter clicks once more. I've lost count of how many takes we've done already, but this one is still not quite right. My photographer friend keeps telling me that my pose needs to be more relaxed, like I'm really enjoying myself. But it's hard when your body feels like it's been frozen in place for hours.

We've been shooting all day today, and the studio is getting hot and cramped. The bright lights overhead make it feel like an oven in here, but we can't stop now – we need to get this photo perfect before we call it a day. My long blonde hair feels like it's going to come undone from all the wind blowing through it as I pose on the stepladder.

My friend is getting frustrated with me because he says I'm not following his directions correctly. But honestly, I don't blame him – my body is killing me at this point! The wooden step beneath me is starting to feel like a bed of nails and I can already imagine how sore I'll be tomorrow morning when I wake up. Can we just finish this already?
