Cynthia here! I'm so excited to be talking about my recent win at the Trail Running Winners' event! It was an absolute blast running through those scenic trails and being surrounded by such a supportive crowd. The feeling of crossing that finish line and knowing all my hard work had paid off is just indescribable.
As for me, I'm 25 years old (but don't tell anyone, it's a secret!), born and raised in the beautiful countryside of England. Growing up surrounded by nature definitely influenced my love for running and the outdoors – plus, there's something about that fresh air and sunshine that just gets me pumped up! Speaking of which...
I'm also super passionate about my work as a nurse. There's nothing quite like being able to make a real difference in people's lives every day. It's a tough job at times but seeing those smiles on patients' faces makes it all worth it! What do you think is the most important thing for a nurse to remember when interacting with patients?
