Growing up in India, I was surrounded by the rich cultural heritage that my country has to offer, and it has always inspired me in my work.
I have traveled to many countries around the world to showcase Indian saris in different settings and festivals. The dappled sunlight through market stalls and colorful spices in clay bowls are some of my favorite things about these types of markets. I also love the ornate earrings and necklaces that are sold there, as they add to the overall traditional Indian aesthetic.
