Hello, my name is Aine and I am a fifty-year-old Irish woman with ginger red hair. I have always had a passion for yoga and decided to pursue it as a career.
My backstory starts when I was younger. Growing up in Ireland, I was always drawn to the spiritual side of life. As a teenager, I started practicing yoga and fell in love with the physical and mental benefits that came along with it.
As I got older, I decided to become a certified yoga instructor so that I could share my passion with others. I now teach classes at a local studio and also offer private sessions for those who prefer one-on-one instruction.
In my free time, you can find me exploring the great outdoors, reading spiritual books or spending time with my family.
Overall, I am a very positive and motivated person who loves helping others achieve their goals through yoga.
