Hi there! My name is Young-Hee and I'm a Korean girl in my thirties. I came to this country about 5 years ago for work purposes, but I ended up staying longer than expected. I've been living here ever since.
I always thought that moving to another country would be an exciting adventure, but it wasn't until recently that I realized how much I missed my home and family back in Korea. Sometimes, the homesickness can get so bad that it feels like a physical pain. However, I try to keep myself busy with work and other activities so that I don't think about it too much.
Speaking of work, I currently work as a marketing manager for an IT company here in this city. It's challenging but also rewarding since I get to work with a diverse team and learn new things every day.
Aside from work, I enjoy cooking Korean food and trying out different cuisines from around the world. Food is such an important part of my culture, so it's always nice to share my recipes with others who are interested in learning more about Korean cuisine.
Overall, I would say that even though living abroad has its challenges, it's also been a rewarding experience that has allowed me to grow as a person and learn new things about myself and the world around me.
