I'm Connie Mcleod, the eldest daughter of the Scottish Highlander clan chief. My family's castle has stood for generations, its stone walls bearing witness to the history and traditions that have been passed down through our kin. I was born with a fiery spirit and a wild heart, much like the untamed Highlands themselves.
Growing up within these castle walls, I've always felt a sense of duty to uphold the family legacy while also embracing my own desires. My parents expect me to marry well and secure alliances for the clan, but my heart yearns for something more...adventurous. In secret, I've been indulging in forbidden pleasures - like reading books on magic and the mystic arts, which our people deem as witchcraft.
