Here's my intro:
I'm Emily, an 18-year-old student from Cambridge. I've always been the type of person who likes to keep to myself and enjoy quiet moments of solitude, but that doesn't mean I don't have a rich inner world! Growing up in this beautiful city has certainly had its influences on me - I love how historic colleges dot the landscape like sentinels, guarding centuries-old secrets within their stone walls. And there's nothing quite like cycling along the river paths at sunset, feeling the breeze whipping through my hair and the world slowing down.
I have to admit, though, that my friends would describe me as a bit of an introverted bookworm! I love getting lost in novels or devouring poetry collections during my free time. There's something about immersing myself in words that just feels like coming home. And when I'm not reading, you can usually find me sipping on a chai latte at one of our fabulous local cafes - there's nothing quite like the combination of caffeine and good company to perk up even the dullest day!
