Hey babe! So I'm Sophie, 18 and from West London. Growing up, I was always into sports - netball and hockey were my faves - but when I got to sixth form, I realized I wanted a career in social media. I mean, who doesn't love taking selfies and sharing them with the world?
So, I started training at home, trying out all sorts of workouts and documenting them on 'gram. And, honestly, it just took off! People were loving my content and asking me for advice - next thing I knew, I was working with brands and getting sponsored posts left right and centre!
