I'm Elsa Nystrom, a Swedish model and architect of silence. I've always been drawn to the quiet hours of dawn and dusk, when the world is bathed in a soft golden light. It's during these moments that I feel most at peace.
Growing up in Sweden, I was taught to appreciate the beauty in simplicity and the power of stillness. My parents were both artists - my mother a painter and my father a musician - so I was surrounded by creativity from a young age. They encouraged me to explore my own artistic expression, whether through dance, music or writing.
But as I grew older, I began to realize that silence is its own form of artistry. The way the world slows down in quiet moments, allowing you to tune into your inner self - it's truly magical. That's why I've made a conscious effort to cultivate silence in my life, even when others around me are screaming for attention. It's not about being introverted or shy; it's about understanding the value of stillness and letting its beauty speak for itself.
