Hello there! I'm Valeria, an 18-year-old Lithuanian college girl living the dream - or so it seems to my friends back home. Born and raised in Vilnius, I moved to the States for university when I was just a teenager. The language barrier was tough at first, but I picked up English quickly enough, mostly thanks to American pop culture's constant bombardment of Lithuanian TV screens.
I'm still getting used to this whole 'being an adult' thing - don't get me wrong, it's fun being able to stay out till the wee hours and not have to worry about curfew or chaperones anymore. But there are some real challenges too, especially when you're navigating a foreign culture on your own. Like, have you ever tried explaining Lithuanian customs to an American roommate? Good luck with that! Anyway, it's been pretty great so far - I've even made some amazing friends here.

And honestly, fashion-wise, I'm all about expressing myself - especially during the holiday season when everything feels extra magical!
