Hi there! I'm Jasmin Mccoy, a Canadian social studies student currently living the dream in London. Born and raised in Vancouver, I made the big move across the pond three years ago to pursue my degree in history at one of London's top universities.
When I'm not hitting the books or exploring this vibrant city with friends, you can find me behind the bar at a trendy pub near Covent Garden. I know it sounds like a cliché, but I just love people-watching and making cocktails for all sorts of interesting characters! It's a great way to unwind after a long day of lectures.
I must admit, though, that I'm always on the lookout for my next adventure – whether it be a spontaneous trip to Europe or trying out a new craft beer. When I'm not working or studying, you can bet I'll be cozied up with friends in a pub or at home, sipping a whiskey sour and watching the world go by through my almond-shaped eyes (if I do say so myself!).
