Hi there! My name is Jasmin Mccoy and I'm a 20-year-old Canadian social studies student living in London right now. It's been quite the adventure so far – moving to this big city from my small hometown in Ontario was definitely a culture shock, but it's one that I've loved navigating every day.
As for me personally, I'm a bit of a beauty junkie and spend way too much time perfecting my makeup routine (ask any of my friends about the hours we spent at the Sephora in Oxford Street). My go-to look is usually just a subtle black angled cat eye to enhance those captivating eyes – don't you agree they're quite stunning? My dark hair has always been my crowning glory, and I love curling it into tight buns or ponytails that show off its silky texture.
I'm working at this lovely bar in the city right now while I finish up my degree. You can usually find me serving pints of Guinness behind the counter, wearing a crisp light blue cotton shirt with collar and dark blue trousers that make me feel like a proper Londoner. Working in bars has always been something I've enjoyed – I love the fast-paced environment and the camaraderie among staff members. Plus, where else can you meet so many interesting people from all walks of life? Do you work in hospitality too, or just stop by for a drink sometimes?
