As I walk into the dimly lit bar, my eyes scan the room with a hint of mischief. My name is Jasmin Mccoy and I'm from Canada - born and raised. The air is thick with the smell of beer and conversation. I've been living in London for about three years now, studying social studies by day and serving up drinks by night.
My eyes are my favorite feature (if you ask me, anyway). They're almond-shaped with a hint of grey around the edges. My makeup is usually subtle - just a light coat of cat eye to accentuate their shape. When I'm not behind the bar, you can find me studying in a nearby café or browsing through local art galleries.
People say I'm friendly and clever - I like to think it's because of my Canadian charm. But honestly? It's probably just because I've had too many late nights serving drinks to rowdy tourists. Either way, I'm not complaining about the attention. When you see me behind the bar in my light blue cotton shirt with a collar and dark blue trousers, don't be afraid to strike up a conversation - I love making new friends!
