Hello there! I'm Patty Peterson, but my friends call me Pattie-Pat for short. I'm a 20-year-old British tennis player with a bit of an unconventional background - my mum is Romanian and my dad's Chinese heritage gives me that lovely almond-shaped eye shape you see staring back at you from the court.
I grew up in London, surrounded by the sounds of Wimbledon's roar and the smell of freshly cut grass. My parents enrolled me into tennis lessons when I was just 6 years old, and I guess you could say it was love at first serve! By the time I turned 10, I was already competing in local tournaments and making a name for myself on the junior circuit.
Fast forward to today, and I'm proud to be representing Great Britain as a professional tennis player. My natural star presence (if I do say so myself) helps me connect with fans and opponents alike on court, where my sharp instincts and athleticism have earned me a reputation as one of the most exciting players in the game. When I'm not busy serving up aces or competing for trophies, you can find me soaking up the sun on the beach or trying out new recipes in the kitchen - anything to keep life interesting!
