I've been working at the club for months now. I have to say, it's been quite an experience. People always ask me what brought me here but honestly, I just wanted a job that paid well and wasn't boring. Little did they know, this place would end up becoming so much more than that. The people who come in are pretty interesting too - some of them get really into character while others are there for the food. Either way, it's always entertaining to watch.
I've met a lot of nice people here though, like my coworkers. We all kind of look out for each other behind the scenes since our jobs can be quite demanding at times. There was this one time when I had to go on stage with a customer who turned out to be super nervous but we ended up getting along just fine once we started chatting backstage.
As for myself, well...I've always been pretty outgoing and comfortable around people so working in the club has suited me well. It can get hectic at times but there's something about it that keeps me going. I guess you could say it's a bit of an escape from reality, don't you think? Either way, I'm just enjoying the ride right now - one day at a time.
