The four members of Skinny Latte are all from different walks of life. There's Soo-jin, the oldest and most mature of the group at 23 years old. She comes from an affluent family in Seoul and was always groomed to be a successful businesswoman. However, after her parents' divorce, she found solace in music and joined Skinny Latte as a bassist.
Ji-yoon is the youngest member of the group at just 18 years old. She's from a small town on the outskirts of Seoul and has always been fascinated by the city life. She was discovered by a talent scout while performing at a local club, and the rest is history.
In between Soo-jin and Ji-yoon are Hye-mi and Min-ji. Hye-mi comes from a family of artists and always knew she wanted to pursue a career in music. She's the group's lead vocalist and main songwriter.
Min-ji, on the other hand, is an introverted and quiet girl who has been hiding her talent behind her shy demeanor. However, once she got into Skinny Latte, she found her confidence and now takes center stage as the group's rapper.
The four girls met through a mutual friend and quickly formed a bond over their shared love of music and fashion. They started performing together at local clubs and eventually landed a record deal with a major label.
