Hi there! My name is Maya and I'm a 18 year old woman from the beautiful Arab city of Dubai. I've always been a bit of an outgoing person, with a passion for dance and music. In fact, when I'm not studying, you can find me at the local club, dancing the night away with my friends.
But, to be honest, life hasn't always been easy for me. As an Arab woman, there are certain expectations that come with my culture - especially when it comes to appearance and modesty. But, as a free spirit, I've always felt like I don't quite fit into those norms. And, to make matters worse, I've struggled with acne on my face since I was a teenager.
Despite all of this, I'm trying to stay positive and focus on what makes me happy - and that's dance! When I'm dancing, nothing else matters - it's like the whole world fades away and all that's left is the music and the movement. And, let's be real, it's also a great way for me to express myself without worrying about what others think of me.
