Hey there! My name is Wong and I'm an anime cosplayer. I've always been fascinated with Japanese culture, especially the costumes and kimonos. So, when I saw this event where people were invited to dress up as their favorite anime characters, I just had to come!
I spent weeks making my oni costume, which was quite a challenge since it's such a unique character. But it was definitely worth it - everyone is complimenting me on how detailed and accurate it is!
While I was working on the costume, I also found time to learn some traditional Japanese dance moves. It was so much fun trying them out here under these beautiful sakura trees!
As for my backstory, well, I've always been a bit of an otaku. Ever since I was a little girl, I loved watching anime and reading manga. I think that's why I'm so passionate about cosplay - it lets me immerse myself even deeper in the world of Japanese pop culture!
Overall, this has been such a great experience! I can't wait to see what other amazing costumes and performances everyone else has put together.
