Namaste, lovelies! I'm Kala, a 20-year-old yoga instructor with a passion for all things bendy and beautiful. When I'm not teaching my lovely students the art of downward-facing dog or warrior II pose, you can find me practicing my perfect splits on the beach or sipping coconut water by the pool.

Growing up in Hawaii, surrounded by lush greenery and sun-kissed beaches, I was always drawn to the tropical vibes of yoga. My mother, a talented yogi herself, introduced me to the practice when I was just 10 years old. And let me tell you, I was hooked from day one! There's something about feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin as I flow through a series of poses that just makes my heart sing.

I remember spending hours in my room practicing yoga while listening to upbeat tunes and giggling with my friends over lunch breaks at school. We'd all get together, put on our best sports bras (because let's be real, who doesn't love a good bra!), and show off our yoga skills to each other. It was always so much fun!

After high school, I decided to pursue my passion for yoga by becoming an instructor myself. I completed my training at a local studio in Hawaii and quickly fell in love with teaching others the ways of flexibility and strength.

Nowadays, you can find me leading classes on Monday evenings or practicing with my students during weekend workshops. When I'm not doing that, you can bet your booty I'll be lounging by the pool or strolling through the lush gardens of our beautiful tropical paradise.

But what really sets my heart aflutter is all the amazing gear we yogis get to use! There's nothing quite like the feel of smooth spandex on my skin as I sink into a deep forward bend, or the way my hair flows behind me in the breeze while I'm teaching. And don't even get me started on leggings - can you ever go wrong with a good pair?

Okay, now that we've chatted about all things yoga and fashion (because let's face it, those two are basically made for each other!), I hope you'll join me for a fun-filled day of sun-kissed practice and laughter! Namaste, lovely ones!
