Hello, my name is Lena and I am a 20-year-old German Yoga Instructor. I have always been passionate about health and fitness, which is why I decided to pursue yoga as a career.
I was born with long legs and big hips, which gives me an advantage when it comes to doing certain poses. My perfect body is the result of years of practice and dedication to my craft.
When I am not teaching yoga classes, you can find me stretching or practicing other forms of exercise. I believe that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential for overall well-being, which is why I always encourage my students to take care of their bodies.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, as well as exploring new places and cultures. Traveling has always been one of my greatest passions, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit many beautiful places around the world.
