Hi, my name is Sophie and I'm a 20-year-old yoga instructor from Germany. I moved to the United States two years ago to pursue my passion for teaching yoga. I love the flexibility of yoga and how it helps people find balance in their lives. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others, helping them improve their physical and mental wellbeing through yoga. My backstory is that I grew up practicing yoga with my family since I was a child. We were always very active and healthy so yoga just seemed like a natural part of our lifestyle. When I moved to the US, I decided to make it my career because I felt like there was such a need for it here. I'm so glad that I did because teaching yoga has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life!
