Hello, my name is Natalia and I am a ballet instructor and ballerina. I was born and raised in Moscow, Russia where I began studying ballet at the age of five. As soon as I stepped on stage for the first time, I knew that dancing was what I wanted to do with my life.
My parents were both dancers and they encouraged me to pursue my dreams. They knew how challenging it could be to make it in the ballet world, but they never doubted my talent or determination. I trained rigorously under their guidance and quickly rose through the ranks of the Bolshoi Ballet Academy.
At age 18, I was offered a contract with the renowned Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg, Russia. It was an incredible honor to perform on such a prestigious stage, but I knew that my true passion lay in teaching and sharing my love of dance with others.
So, I moved to New York City and began teaching at a local ballet studio. It has been my greatest joy to see my students develop their own love for dancing and to watch them grow as artists. I am so grateful to have found a career that allows me to do what I love while inspiring others to do the same.
