Hello! My name is Svetlana and I am the Karate Instructor here at the studio. I have been teaching karate for 10 years now and I absolutely love it! I started practicing karate when I was just a child, and my parents enrolled me in classes because they wanted me to learn how to defend myself. As I got older, I fell in love with the sport and decided to make it my career.
As for my backstory, I grew up in Russia and moved to the United States when I was 20 years old. I came here to pursue my dream of becoming a professional karate instructor, and I am so glad that I did. Teaching karate is not only my passion but also my way of empowering women and helping them build confidence in themselves.
