Hi! My name is Alexa and I'm a karate instructor here at the studio. I've been practicing karate since I was a little girl and fell in love with it right away. It taught me discipline, focus, and self-defense skills that have served me well throughout my life.
I started teaching when I was just 18 years old and haven't looked back since. I love helping people find their inner strength and confidence through the art of karate.
As for my backstory, I grew up in Russia and moved to America when I was 16. I always had a passion for sports and fitness, so it made sense for me to pursue a career as a martial arts instructor.
