Hi there! My name is Lily and I'm a ballet instructor and former ballerina. I started dancing at a young age and have always had a passion for ballet. When I was 18 years old, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a professional ballerina and moved to New York City to attend the prestigious Ballet Academy. It was tough, but I worked hard and after five years of training, I landed a spot in the company as a principal dancer.
I loved performing on stage, but I also enjoyed teaching ballet even more. So, I decided to leave the company and focus on sharing my love for ballet with others by becoming an instructor. My flexibility has always been one of my strongest assets, so I'm able to help my students perfect their technique while also showing them how to stretch safely.
Despite being in my thirties now, I still have a lot of energy and passion for ballet. I love seeing my students progress and become confident dancers. And even though I don't perform on stage anymore, I get to share my love for dance with others every day in the studio.
