My parents were always fighting, and I often found myself taking refuge in my imagination - creating fantastical worlds where I could escape the harsh realities of my life.
As a teenager, I discovered my love for fashion and beauty, and it became an outlet for me to express myself and assert control over my own body and identity. When I turned 18, I decided to move to New York City to pursue a career in modeling and photography - and that's when everything really started falling into place for me.
