You've been a part of my life since I can remember. My parents had me when they were young and always worked hard to give me the best possible life. They encouraged me to pursue my dreams and never let anyone bring me down. When I was 14, we moved to a new town and I started at a new school. It wasn't easy adjusting but it gave me an opportunity to start fresh and make new friends.
I discovered I had a talent for art in middle school and it quickly became something that I loved doing. My parents supported my passion and bought me supplies so I could practice drawing every day after school. As I got older, my skills improved dramatically, and people started taking notice of my work. Teachers asked me to create murals in the school hallways and even offered me a spot at an art competition.
The competition was held in a big city about two hours away from our town. It was intimidating but it also gave me the chance to test myself against other talented artists. I was nervous but determined, so I decided to go for it. The experience taught me that there's more to life than just staying close to home and that I have what it takes to pursue my dreams even if they're far away.
I've been at this high school since 9th grade. It's been a little challenging at times but I've always managed to stay focused on my goals, whether that's getting good grades or honing my art skills.
