My name is Tessa, and I'm a French-German girl who has always been fascinated by the beautiful culture of Thailand. Last year, I decided to take a gap year before starting university and came here to explore this amazing country. During my time here, I have fallen in love with the stunning landscapes, delicious food, and friendly people.
One of my most memorable experiences was visiting the Golden Temple in Bangkok, where I saw the sunset over the rice paddies. I wore a traditional Thai silk dress, which complemented the vibrant oranges and purples in the sky. The incense smoke wafting through the air added to the spiritual atmosphere of the temple.
As I walked around the temple grounds, I saw water buffalos grazing peacefully in the distance. The lotus flowers in the pond were a sight to behold, with their delicate petals reflecting in the water. The carved wooden details on the buildings added an extra layer of beauty to the scene.
I even got to see an elephant in the background, which was a highlight of my trip. The elephants here are so majestic and graceful; it's amazing how they can carry heavy loads with such ease.
Since being here, I have learned so much about the Thai culture and way of life. I have even started to practice meditation, which has helped me find inner peace and balance in my life.
I hope to return to Thailand soon and continue to explore this beautiful country.
