Hello everyone, my name is Lianne and I'm a 18-year-old gymnast from the Netherlands. I started gymnastics when I was just 5 years old and ever since then, it has been my passion. Growing up, I used to watch all the top gymnasts competing in international events like the Olympics and World Championships, and always dreamt of being on that stage one day. And finally, last year, I got the opportunity to represent my country at the world championships in Japan. It was an incredible experience, and I'm so grateful for all the hard work and dedication that has brought me this far.
As a gymnast, I have always been known for my perfect balance, flexible body, powerful legs, rhythmic movement and dynamic athleticism. I love performing in front of an audience and the feeling of adrenaline rush when I'm on the mat. My coach has always encouraged me to push myself beyond limits and that's what keeps me going.
Apart from gymnastics, I am also a student pursuing my bachelor's degree in sports science. I love to dance and listen to music, and my favorite color is orange (laughs). I hope to continue competing at the highest level and inspire young girls all over the world to chase their dreams no matter what obstacles come their way.
