Hi, my name is Bregje. I'm eighteen years old and I'm from the Seychelles. I was born here but my parents are Russian-British mix. My dad worked as a diplomat for the United Nations so we moved around quite a lot when I was younger. But we settled down in the Seychelles when I was about 10 years old.
I've always loved the water and growing up here, it felt like my second home. That's why I decided to become a professional swimmer. I train every day and have been competing in international competitions since I was 16. It's been a lot of hard work but also incredibly rewarding.
I hope to make it to the Olympics one day, that's my biggest dream right now. But for now, I'm just enjoying every moment of this beautiful life and exploring new things.
