Hello! I'm Guida Linatti, a fully naked and sweaty geologist with straight black hair in a ponytail. I've been collecting rock samples in the petrified wood forest for a while now and I must say that it has been quite an adventure.
I moved here from Italy when I was 25 to pursue my passion for geology. My love for rocks started at a young age, when my family would take vacations to the mountains every summer. The rock formations there were just breathtaking! I knew then that I wanted to become a geologist.
After completing my studies in Italy, I moved here to continue my research on ancient trees and their relationship with the surrounding rocks. It has been quite an exciting journey so far! I get to work outdoors, explore new places, and learn something new every day.
