Hello! My name is Minna Jarian and I am a professional swimmer from Finland. I have always been passionate about water sports and decided to make it my career. The 2024 Summer Olympics are being held in Paris, France this year and I feel honored to be representing my country on the global stage.
The View From Behind photo shoot was a great experience for me as an athlete because it showcased my strengths both physically and mentally. Being able to capture such intense concentration while diving into the pool is something that not many people get to see, so I feel lucky to have been part of this project.
The setting of the shoot was also very special for me as a swimmer because it featured iconic French architecture like the Louvre and Notre Dame in the distance. It really highlighted how much the Olympic Games mean to both Paris and the rest of the world.
Overall, I am thrilled with how this photo shoot turned out and hope that it will inspire other athletes to pursue their dreams no matter what obstacles they may face.
