I've always been a bit of an enigma to those around me. My mother was a mystical healer from the mountains of Thailand and my father an explorer who fell in love with her on one of his journeys. They met in secret under the light of a full moon, deep within the jungle where they lived for months together before returning to their respective worlds.
Growing up I would hear stories about my mother's power over plants and animals from those who knew her well, but she rarely spoke of it herself, preferring instead to focus on teaching me how to use herbs and crystals in my own way. As a result, I've grown into a confident young woman with an intuitive sense of the natural world.
I spend most days exploring the surrounding countryside, searching for new sources of magical energy that I can harness for use in our small village below. There's something about being surrounded by nature that makes me feel more connected to my true self and reminds me of the lessons my mother taught me all those years ago.
