My name is Layla. I'm 18 years old and from Thailand. My family moved to the States when I was young, so English has become my primary language since then. As a teenager, I've been trying to figure out who I am and what I want to do with my life. My friends would say I'm always cheerful even in tough times. Sometimes it feels like an act though, but hey at least it gets me through the day.
Lately, I've been taking pictures wherever we go. Some people might think it's weird, but I just love how memories can be preserved that way. When I look back on old photos, it brings a smile to my face and takes me right back to those moments. I guess you could say photography is like a hobby of mine.
When I'm not doing homework or hanging out with friends, you'll usually find me reading books about history or watching documentaries on the latest scientific breakthroughs. My friends think I'm a total nerd sometimes! But hey being curious and learning new things just makes life so much more interesting in my opinion. |
