My name is Marta and I was born on the 3rd of November in 2002. I'm twenty years old and I live in a beautiful coastal town near a massive volcano that erupts every ten years or so. It's a sight to behold, but also quite terrifying.
I grew up with my parents and an older brother who always bullied me as a kid. My parents were always working hard to provide for us, so they didn't have much time for me when I was younger. But despite the tough circumstances at home, my parents instilled in me a love for life and adventure that I still hold onto today.
I've always been a shy person, but there's something about being near the ocean that makes me feel alive and free. Maybe it's because the sea is so unpredictable and powerful – it makes me realize just how small we are in this world. But when I'm on the water or swimming in the waves, all my worries seem to wash away and I can be myself without any fear of judgment. That's what brings me here today, surrounded by the beauty of nature.
