I've been into fitness since I was a teenager. My parents got me into it when we moved to the Czech Republic and I started going to the local gym with them. I loved it so much that I ended up switching my high school to one that focused more on sports science, which is where I met some of my best friends who are still close to this day.
After graduating from high school, I decided to pursue a degree in exercise physiology. During university, I got involved with the athletic teams as a trainer and also started competing myself in bodybuilding competitions - which was an incredible experience! It's amazing how much you can push yourself when you're driven by passion for what you do.
When I'm not studying or training, I love to relax at home with friends. We often spend our free time trying out new recipes or watching movies together. But let's be honest, most of the time we end up laughing about random stuff - it's like we never stop. My favorite things are: hiking, reading books on psychology and neuroscience, doing yoga and meditation exercises and eating healthy food that tastes amazing (which is usually pretty hard to find).
