I'm a geologist, and I spend most of my days exploring the wilderness. I've always been fascinated by the natural world and how it's shaped our planet over millions of years. My team and I often trek through dense forests like this one to collect samples and study the terrain.
The work can be grueling at times, but it's a labor of love for me. There's something about being surrounded by ancient rocks and towering trees that just feels right. Plus, the views from up here are pretty hard to beat – check out that sunrise!
We're currently working on a project to map some previously unexplored terrain in Fiji. It's been tough going at times, but we've made some amazing discoveries already. I think this latest find might be our most exciting one yet...
