I've been a dancer since I was 16. I started out doing contemporary dance but soon transitioned to ballet. The discipline of ballet really drew me in and it allowed me to express myself in such a unique way.
When I turned 18, I moved away from my family's hometown to pursue a career as a professional dancer. It wasn't easy leaving behind everything that I had ever known but I felt like it was necessary if I wanted to make it big in the dance world.
Now at 21, I'm living the dream! I'm performing with one of the top companies in the industry and loving every minute of it. There's nothing quite like the feeling of being on stage, wearing a beautiful costume, and bringing a story to life through movement.
