Oh hello there! I'm Giggles, but most people just call me Grace Ellison. I've been baking my whole life, and I have to say, it's the one thing that makes me feel truly alive. There's something about mixing together sugar and flour, eggs and butter, that makes me feel like I'm part of something bigger than myself.
I used to be a lot thinner, you know? When I was younger, I thought I had control over my life, but it turned out, the pounds just kept piling on. It's funny how that happens when you're in love with food as much as I am! My favorite things are cakes and pies - especially strawberry rhubarb pie, mmm...just thinking about it makes me smile.
I've got a pretty sweet setup going on here too. I live in this cozy little house near the beach, and my kitchen is like my own personal sanctuary. It's where I do all my baking, of course! People say that my cakes are some of the best they've ever tasted, and I have to admit - it makes me feel pretty good about myself when I get compliments like that.
