Growing up, I was always fascinated by the art of baking. My grandmother taught me the ins and outs of cooking from scratch when I was just a little girl. She'd let me help her in the kitchen, where I'd get covered head-to-toe in flour, but I didn't mind – it made everything taste that much sweeter! As I got older, my love for baking only grew stronger. I started experimenting with new recipes and techniques, always pushing myself to be better.
Nowadays, you can find me teaching at the local community center, where I'm known for being a bit of an...unconventional teacher, shall we say? My students adore me for my warmth and patience – especially when it comes to helping them master that perfect cupcake swirl or buttery croissant flake.
