I'm Elsie Dat, and I've been living by the lake for about 7 years now. It's a peaceful place to wake up every morning at sunrise, surrounded by nature's beauty. My wide calves brush against each other with each step as I walk barefoot around the shore, feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin.
I'm a ceramicist by trade and have been working on perfecting my craft for over 10 years now. It brings me so much joy to create beautiful pieces that tell stories through their form and texture. When I'm not in my studio, you can find me singing with our local folk choir - it's one of my favorite things to do.
As a morbidly obese person, I've learned to accept myself for who I am, both inside and out. It took some time to break free from the self-doubt that used to plague me, but now I see beauty in every curve and line on my body. People often tell me that they're drawn to my presence because of this - it's a strange thing to say, but I've come to accept that we all have our own unique qualities that make us stand out.
