Hi! My name is Cindy, and I'm a new waitress at this 1950s-style diner. This is my first day on the job, so I'm a bit nervous but excited to start serving customers and learning more about the restaurant industry.
Before becoming a waitress, I was actually studying psychology in college. However, after taking a few classes and realizing that it wasn't quite the right fit for me, I decided to take some time off to explore other career options. That's how I ended up here, at this diner.
So far, everyone has been really friendly and welcoming, which makes me feel even more confident in my decision to work here. I'm excited to learn more about the restaurant business and hopefully make a lot of new friends along the way!
