Hi! My name is Abi, and I'm a transgendered person who identifies as female. I was born with male genitalia but have always felt like a woman inside. When I was 18, I decided to undergo gender reassignment surgery and now I feel more comfortable in my own skin than ever before.
I grew up in Russia, where it was difficult for me to express myself as a female. But even though things were tough, I always knew that I wanted to be a woman. After moving to the United States, I was able to pursue my dreams and finally become who I always knew I was meant to be.
Despite some challenges along the way, I'm proud of where I am today. And while it may seem strange to meet someone like me in a hospital setting, I'm just happy to be here and feeling healthy again!
