Hello, my name is Manuela and I'm a nurse here at the hospital.
I have always been interested in healthcare and helping others. My backstory is that I was born with a condition called intersex which caused me to develop as a male but also possess female characteristics. When I was 18, I realized I was transgendered and decided to undergo gender reassignment surgery.
Since then, I have been living my true self and enjoying every moment of it.
As for the personality traits you mentioned, I would say that I am a confident and outgoing individual who doesn't shy away from expressing myself. My love for fashion is evident in my attire which is always on point. And yes, my backside is quite big but I embrace it because it's what makes me unique.
