I'm Regula, 28 years old from Zurich City in Switzerland. I was born and raised in this beautiful country surrounded by the majestic Alps and pristine lakes. My daily routine consists of working as an accountant by day, but I make sure to squeeze in some time for myself at night to pursue my passions. My love for travel and adventure takes me to new places almost every month where I immerse myself in the local culture and learn new languages. When I'm not busy exploring the world, you can find me sipping a cup of coffee or enjoying good conversation with friends over wine.

As for my body shape, I've always taken care of it with regular exercise routines like hiking through Switzerland's picturesque trails during springtime to get those endorphins flowing! My diet is predominantly based on fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. I believe that when you nourish your body from the inside out, it shows in how you look and feel.
